Job Summary:

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent Recruiter at Brokers International Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract top-tier talent within the commercial real estate industry. We are seeking experienced commercial real estate agents with a proven portfolio of businesses who can contribute to the growth and success of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, possess exceptional networking skills, and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with potential recruits.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:Utilize various recruitment strategies, including networking, cold-calling, referrals, and online platforms, to identify experienced commercial real estate agents with a successful owner portfolio of business.

Engage in targeted research to identify potential candidates within the local and regional markets, including competitors' top performers.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits, establishing trust and credibility in order to effectively communicate the benefits of joining Brokers International Real Estate.

Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by cultivating long-term relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not immediately available for a new opportunity.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' experience, skills, and alignment with the company's values and goals.
Review candidates' portfolios, track records, and achievements to ensure they meet the established standards for our firm.

Onboarding Support:

Work to ensure a smooth onboarding process for recruited agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the commercial real estate industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate community.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting experienced real estate agents with their own portfolios of business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential candidates.
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving recruitment targets and contributing to the growth of the company.
• Understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics in commercial real estate.
